✦ Feb 26th: I am currently a bit more behind than anticipated due to a lot of IRL happenings but to customers who are patiently waiting please understand I am doing what I can to meet any aforementioned ETAs/deadlines. I will be sure to communicate should any delays arise & appreciate your understanding. I am following up with each client individually! Thank you again!
✦ Feb 10th: After my current batch I am taking a hiatus from commissioned art - for how long? I don't know. What I have learned over the last 3 months of working with commissioners is that sadly most people do not know how to read or refuse to, some are very inconsiderate of the hard work I put in while providing references that do not accurately depict what they want, and lastly - the amount of stress I have had to deal with is not worth the less than minimum wage I make doing these at times. I am heartbroken and need to re-evaluate. Thank you and i'm sorry.

✦ comes with an outline in off-white (unless requested otherwise)

✦ Due to the application utilized when converting the PNGs to GIF format there is a very slight de-saturation of colours but does not tarnish the integrity of the GIF version of the blorbos. unfortunately, this is out of my control. please review the PNG & GIF below as examples of the intented version + slight de-saturation that occurs when changes to a GIF. thanks for reading!

By working with me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-
profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.✦ CLIENT:
•Read the lengthy but thorough TOS.
•Provide your twitter, discord or email for communication.
•If I am not comfortable drawing your character, I will decline the inquiry and refund you 100%.
• NFT and Al usage is strictly forbidden.
•You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
• You may not claim my work as your own.
•You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal
website/profile displays.
•You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
• Clients who have worked with me before and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
•You the client, are required to supply me with references of the character(s) you'd like to request either submitted to me.
•If you fail to send me references for 7 days, I will refund you the total cost.✦ ARTIST (ME @abeari / @abearivt)
• I reserve the right to post the finished artwork online in my gallery for any reason.
• If you'd like me to not post any WIPs or the finished piece itself online, please let me know once you order.
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

• I reserve the right to refer to my TOS if I feel a client is being unfair to me or nitpicking my art despite claiming to have read and agreed to it.✦ QUEUE / WORKSPEED / DEADLINES:
•No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of
the time that has passed.
• Queue placement is based on when payment was received.
•You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.✦ COPYRIGHT:
• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.
• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Request, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character's design.✦ REVISIONS + FEEDBACK:
• These images will come in the form of .png files as an attachment in the email or a DM.
• The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
• After the order is completed, MINOR changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order). This does not include unnecessary nitpicking of my art when I have claimed I do not do 1:1 depictions but instead reserve the right to depict the commission to the best of ability in my unique style.
• Major revisions will be declined (e.g., lineart, style-change).✦ REFUNDS:
• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the product.
• Once I start the product there will be NO REFUNDS.
•If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
